What file formats can I upload?
CSV, Excel (.xlsx / .xls), and pipe- or tab-delimited. We auto-detect format and encoding. Minimum 10 records per job.
Is there a maximum file size?
Yes. The self-service portal is limited to 2 million records. Files above 2 million records are processed directly by DataPure.
How long does processing take?
Most files finish in under 10 minutes. Larger files (up to 2 million records) complete in under an hour.
Can I see the price before I commit?
Yes. Pick your services and your price is shown instantly — you only pay when you click confirm.
Do I have to subscribe?
No – pay per file with no minimums, recurring fees or contracts. Contact us to discuss optional subscription pricing.
How are my originals preserved?
The cleaned file includes ORIGINAL_address / ORIGINAL_city / ORIGINAL_zip columns alongside the standardized versions, so you can see every change.
Can I get an invoice instead of using a card?
Yes — contact us to establish a credit relationship. Default checkout is done using a credit card.
