Before you write
My cleaned file looks the same as the one I uploaded
Check that the column holding the street address was picked up on the mapping step. If your file has a title line above the column headings, tell us — we read those correctly now, but older jobs may have been affected. Send us the job reference and we will check it.
Some records came back not validated
Each record carries a reason. Addresses that do not exist, are missing an apartment number, or that USPS has marked vacant cannot be verified — they are flagged rather than dropped, so you can decide what to do with them.
My ZIP codes lost their leading zero
That is Excel, not us — it treats 01072 as the number 1072. Address validation puts it back. If your returned file still shows a short ZIP, send us the job reference.
I was charged for a job that did not work
Tell us the job reference and we will look at it. If the job could not have worked, we will put it right.
